Corkscrew was a steel roller coaster located at Playland in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Built by Vekoma,[1] it was formerly located at Boblo Island from 1985 to 1993, where it was called the Screamer.
In May 2019, Playland announced that Corkscrew would not reopen.[2]

Trains
2 trains with 6 cars per train. In each car, riders are arranged 2 across in 2 rows, for a total of 24 riders per train.
Trivia
The Corkscrew has been featured in two films: Final Destination 3, where it was known as the Devil's Flight and Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days.
