Rainbow

Rainbow is a type of ride which has an arm with a platform attached to one end. Riders sit on the platform facing outward. During the ride, the arm rotates but the platform remains parallel to the ground.

Similar rides

The Flying Carpet also consists of a rotating arm with a platform attached to one end. However, riders face towards the centre of the ride, and towards each-other, rather than outward. The Miami is another similar ride.
