Waagner-Biro was an amusement ride manufacturer from Graz, Austria. The company had a partnership with Swiss company Intamin and designed several of their earlier rides, including the Giant Double Wheel (otherwise known as Double Swiveling Wheel) and Triple Giant Wheel (otherwise known as Tree Triple Wheel),[1][2] as well as several observation towers.
